Here are three exercises we often use:

➡️ Prone Y’s
Helps strengthen the upper back and shoulder stabilizers that support healthy shoulder movement.

Targets the rotator cuff to improve shoulder stability and control during lifting and reaching.
➡️ Rhythmic Stabilizers

March is National Athletic Training Month 🏃‍♂️
