“My favorite verse is Romans 15:13 ‘May the God of Hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit’ and this verse has really spoke to me the last handful of years I’ve been coaching because it allows me the opportunity to try and be a light for people within our community!” ✨

Passions Week is Here! ❤️🔥

We’re Eric & Emily Griffith, and this is part of our story…

Jesus used CrossFit—the methodology and the community—to pull us off a path of destruction and into a life of purpose 🙏

We both struggled with alcohol and substance abuse, and then what started as fitness became something so much bigger. It became the catalyst for real, lasting change 💥

That’s why we’re so passionate about what we do. Fitness is just the vehicle—but the mission is people ❤️

Over the last 15 years, we’ve had the privilege of seeing thousands of lives impacted…watching people go from darkness to light 🌅, gaining confidence, strength, and hope along the way 💪

We thank God daily for the opportunity to serve this community—to build people up physically, mentally, and spiritually—so they can walk out their calling ✨

Yoke walks = one of our favorite “odd object” tests of real-world strength. Why? Because life doesn’t come in perfectly balanced barbells 😉

Over the past 12 weeks, Su-Lin has shown what true strength and resilience look like. As a breast cancer survivor, she committed to her Survivor Fitness program—not just to “work out,” but to heal, rebuild, and feel better after treatment. Through the ups and downs that come with a cancer diagnosis, she kept showing up 💪

And the results speak for themselves:

Join us at Brigade Athletic Club for a special faith-based community workout as we reflect on the sacrifice and victory of Jesus.

The Passion Workout is performed by gyms and faith communities around the world during the Easter season. Each movement is meant to represent moments from the crucifixion, creating a workout that is not only physically challenging, but also deeply meaningful.

This isn’t just about fitness.
It’s about remembrance, gratitude, and worship.

Together we’ll move, sweat, and reflect on the incredible sacrifice of Christ and the hope found in His resurrection. 🙏

The workout is challenging but fully scalable, so anyone can participate.

Bring a friend, bring your family, and come be part of a powerful morning of faith, fitness, and community.
