Have you been talking about getting back into a routine… or just taking better care of your health lately?

This week is a great time to check out Brigade Athletic Club. Beginning February 23rd, we’re welcoming guests into all classes for our Free Community Week — no experience required, no pressure, just a chance to see what we’re all about.

If it’s been a while since you’ve exercised, or if you’ve never felt comfortable in a typical gym environment, this is exactly why we do this week ❤️

You don’t need to be “in shape.”

You don’t need to know what you’re doing.

You just need to show up. We’ll guide you every step of the way 💪

The CrossFit Open starts this week — and the workouts will be tough. But challenge reveals what’s inside us. 💪

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13

When the clock is running and your lungs are burning, remember: you’re not doing it alone. God meets you in the hard places.

Prayer:

Huge thank you to our friends & partners at Optimize U for the incredible opportunity to return to the Create Conference. We’re so grateful to sit in rooms with leaders at the top of their spaces—learning about faith, relationships, health, business & finance, and true stewardship of the resources we’ve been given.

A few takeaways that continue to be reinforced 👇
🔹 Master the basics. Whether that’s daily time in the Word connecting with our Creator, or hearing from top biohackers around the globe—get outside, prioritize sleep, move your body, get your steps.
🔹 Don’t underestimate the power of fundamentals when you make them the most important things. There’s clarity (and freedom) in realizing that the “special sauce” matters far less than consistency. The perfect workout program < simply moving your body regularly.

So thankful for an amazing CREATE experience—and extra grateful for some quality time with a couple of our longest Brigade clients while we were there 💛 Community makes it even better.

After cancer treatment ends, many survivors face a quiet gap:
Medical care is over… but the road back to feeling strong again is just beginning.

Survivor Fitness exists to bridge that gap by providing cancer survivors—at no cost—with:

We are SO proud to brag on one of our own 💪👇

Huge congratulations to Heather Williams, Brigade member and Captain with the Chattanooga Police Department, on graduating from the FBI National Academy — one of the most prestigious law enforcement programs in the world 🌎

Heather was selected as one of just 254 officers from across 47 states, Washington D.C., and 24 countries to complete the intensive 11-week program in Quantico. Fewer than 1% of officers worldwide are accepted — elite company, and she belongs there 👏

The Academy focuses on advanced leadership, communication, and fitness training, and we love hearing Heather’s heart behind it all: bringing those lessons back home to better support officers, families, and the Chattanooga community ❤️

Heather, we’re incredibly proud of your dedication, humility, and leadership — on the job and in the gym. Chattanooga is better because of leaders like you.
