Sweat Club Sweat Club - A Whole New Way of Training! The Sweat Club gym has a hybrid approach when it comes to health and fitness.

We are a functional training gym with a certified and tenured staff that offers daily bootcamps, 1:1 and small group personal training, open gym, dance fitness, yoga, massage therapy, nutrition & health coaching, meal prep options and monthly members-only events. We try to take away all of the excuses by providing our members with variety to help make fitness a lifestyle! Members can expect to receive as little or as much coaching and guidance needed to help achieve their goals. At the Sweat Club gym, you’re more than just a member, you’re part of a team!

It's that time of year again, our favorite holiday charity drive! Drop off new, unwrapped toys and jackets (infant to teens) to Sweat Club and let's make sure that no child goes without this holiday season! When you bring in your donation, make sure to take a raffle ticket to be entered to win an awesome prize, winner will be announced in December!

We've done it before, and let's do it again and fill up MULTIPLE boxes this year!

Get to know Veronica:

1. What is your favorite go-to workout?
Lately the hyrox 2.0 workouts we have been doing have been a whole different kind of challenge not just physical, but mental too. It's pushed me to reframe my mindset,
I am growing stronger inside and out.

2. What is your biggest fitness accomplishment?
Even after injury. Even when it feels like I’m falling behind or missing out. I’ve learned that progress isn’t always visible sometimes it’s just the act of showing up when it feels the hardest.
I’ve rebuilt, restarted, and reminded myself that consistency is a form of courage. Every time I choose movement over not showing up, I prove to myself that I’m worth choosing. That’s not just fitness that’s resilience. 💪

3. What do you love most about Sweat Club?
The culture, the diversity, the love. We are one.

4. What is your favorite pre-race/workout snack?
XS lemon energy drink or a starbies iced cold brew.

5. Cardio, Strength or HIIT?
I do miss deadlifting but a combination of All 3 .

6. 100 Burpees or going to the dentist?
BURPEES. No questions asked

7. What one piece of advice would you give to someone who is just starting out on their fitness journey?
This is a lengthy one.
Fitness isn’t about perfection or instant transformation. It’s about building momentum and winning yourself evey day. Whether it’s a 10 minute walk, choosing water over soda, or doing a few squats during commercials those small choices stack up. Consistency beats intensity when you're starting out. And don’t forget to celebrate your progress, no matter how minor it seems. Every step forward is proof that you’re showing up for yourself.
You don’t need to be extreme, just committed. The journey is yours make it sustainable, make it joyful, and make it yours. 💪 this is a LIFESTYLE .
Start small, stay consistent (chose you) communicate with your trainer, coach and be transparent & celebrate every win.

8. Tell me one fun non-fitness fact about yourself.
I LOVE PINK . I love to give back, whether it's helping others or taking pictures or feeding the community. I'm your hype girl! I don't care who you are. I already love you and your dog !

www.stretchfitness.fit Stretch Fitness™ was originally founded as a boutique personal training and nutrition coaching service based in the greater Chicago area with a primary focus on 1:1 strength training and weight management programs for women. Over the past 5+ years, we've relocated to Chattanooga and evolved our services to provide comprehensive online and mobile training and nutrition programs for men and women around the globe as well as in-person personal training and nutrition coaching for clients based in the Chattanooga area. Stretch Fitness employs a unique personal approach to training and nutrition, and all clients undergo a complete assessment and collaborative program planning session before training begins. We have successfully coached and transformed hundreds of clients, helping them reach their goals in a healthy and sustainable way!
