Many women have learned to edit themselves.

To soften their truth.
To keep the peace.
To say “I’m fine” when they’re not.

Not because they’re dishonest—
but because it hasn’t felt safe to be fully real.

And here’s what we often miss:
feeling safe in the body almost always begins with belonging.

When we don’t feel like we belong, our nervous system stays on guard.
We stay braced.
Quiet.
Careful.

What we want instead is a space where our truth is welcome.

A space where we can speak without being corrected, minimized, or judged.
Where our emotions don’t need justification.
Where honesty doesn’t cost us connection.

When women gather in intentional community—
when they are seen, heard, and met without fixing—
the nervous system begins to soften.
Breath deepens.
Shoulders drop.
Safety returns.

That’s why AcceptanceAlchemy hosts a monthly women’s circle.

Not to fix you.
But to offer a steady, grounded container
where belonging comes first
and truth is allowed to land.

If you are feeling powerless today:

Getting stuck in the story that you are “doomed,” can stop you from remembering your power to go out and work towards the things you believe in.

Take the time to acknowledge and feel whatever you are feeling. And then, remember that what you think, and what you DO are up to YOU.

Fighting what “is,” and wishing for it to be another way is a sure fire way to keep you from moving forward. From taking the night right step required to be the change you want to see in the world.

Radical Acceptance of what IS, allows you to see where your next steps should take you.

Remember that you are powerful beyond your wildest dreams. You get to choose what to believe about what happens TO you.

Been hibernating! Hello friends!

Would anyone wanna learn more about breathwork techniques and how to use them to start your day and work on things like motivation or anxiety? There are SO many somatic, breathwork and pranayama techniques that can really help you start your day, and I am loving taking a deep dive into this these days! And finding my students are really enjoying it!

It’s like I blinked and I hit that place in my business where I am booked out 3-4 weeks. I am booking into the second week of August. Whoo Hoo.

It’s wonderful.

Celebrating my clients and my work today. It’s good to be living my purpose.

7 months of networking in BNI for my massage and bodywork practice and I reached my goal.

In my healing journey I have had a few people choose to exit my life. Some quietly. Some rather loudly. Some with a lot of judgement and bitterness.

Today, I don’t miss them anymore.

I did for a while. Now I don’t.

No hard feelings, but instead feelings of peace.

No longer wondering why, no longer beating myself up.

No longer with hurt feelings.

That is a level of healing I never thought I would have.

As many of you know I see many paths to God as being legitimate. I was raised in Christianity and still live by Christ’s core teachings. Grace is a gift. Grace is free. Grace belongs to me, if I only accept it.

I saw this and I was like “WHOA.”

I would like to add, that for me, it’s *also* all about loving the Judas within ME. And when I do, forgiveness becomes inevitable.

Grace brings the gift of a life free from the need to judge or punish.

When I no longer need to punish or judge myself it makes it so much easier to live as Christ would…as a vessel and delivery system for Grace.

It helps me choose a more loving story. For myself and others.

I just saw the following comment

“you have to be careful who you let around you because they will pull that negative energy out of you and lower your vibe.”

Does anyone else see the same problem I do with this statement?

If somebody is capable of pulling a negative vibe out of you, that means it was already within you to begin with.

You have to have that painful story inside you, for somebody to be able to trigger it.

Willingness to take ownership over this is how I begin to take ownership of my experience of reality.

As long as I choose to blame someone outside of me for what is blossoming within me, I make myself a victim.

Only when I am willing to embrace the trigger within me as a doorway to my healing, do I find the capacity to begin to heal

The only person who stands between you and peace is you.

It’s true only every time.

The more I heal. The more I explore my consciousness, the more I sit with myself. The more clear it becomes.

Even in an abusive marriage the only thing between the peace that leaving him would bring me, was myself.

Even in my addiction. The only thing between me and the peace recovery would bring was ME.

With the abuse I suffered as a kid. Literally, the only thing that was between me and a life where I loved myself was ME.

As I look back in retrospect, from the earliest moments I can remember, the power I had to be at peace, to have joy and to move through life empowered was ALWAYS IN MY HANDS.

More importantly it was in my mind.

I simply did not understand until much later.

Forever grateful for ALL OF IT.

I never forget how freaking honored I am to hold space as an educator on Victim Consciosness and Empowerment through Radical Acceptance and Forgiveness.

I can’t wait for our next cohort of Relationship Alchemy. I am excited to share the simplicity of this path with more beautiful souls. 🥰 Are you one of them?
