Join us on April 18, 2026 for Orange Grove's 4th Annual Fishing Tournament at Nickajack Lake! This year, we have guaranteed prizes of $3,500 for 1st Place, $1,500 for 2nd, and additional place prizes for every 5 tournament entries. Orange Grove is collecting prom dresses and suits for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, so that everyone can party, celebrate, and feel incredible on the dance floor!

This year's theme is the classic film Footloose, which means we're looking for elegant gowns, dressy suits, sport coats, and formal accessories in all sizes.

Please drop of your doantions at our main location at 615 Derby Street, at either our front desk or at the Community Supports Office in the Healthcare Atrium. Every donation makes a difference!

For World Down Syndrome Day (3/21) this year, adidas just launched their first adaptive performance running shoe designed with athletes with disabilities from day one.

Inspired by Chris Nikic, the first person with Down syndrome to finish an Ironman, the Supernova Rise 3 Adaptive shoe is designed with softer laces, a wider fit, and magnetic heel and tongue loops that make feats like running a marathon easier for people like Chris.

This is what it looks like when inclusion isn't an afterthought. We love to see it!

Today we hosted a group of young performers with Credo, a group of classical music professionals who regaled a crowd of individuals whom we support with a morning of tried-and-true tunes. Thank you to everyone at Credo for working with our Music program to make today's performance possible!

Today we elevated our visibility in the community thanks to a generous grant from a partner and their commitment to supporting our mission. Signs are a critical component of wayfinding - all the ways people orient themselves and navigate from one place to another. Wayfinding is part of Orange Grove's DNA: our mission is rooted in helping people with IDD find what they need to navigate life - work, home, school, leisure - so they can thrive and achieve their full potential. Because everyone deserves to find their way.

WEATHER UPDATE: Transportation routes will run on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Monday, because of the threat of severe weather overnight. School is on Spring break. Adult Day programs will open at 8:00 a.m. for private transporters and residential programs. Thank you, and stay safe!
