Throwback to two weeks ago when we were expecting a snowpocalypse. Our Advocacy and Outreach team put together a "Snowday Survival Kit" for our families to take home. We wrote a note for each Survival Kit:

Hi there, LifeSpring Families!

Winter is knocking on our door, and we want to make sure you're extra cozy and prepared! We’ve put together this "Snow Bag" filled with yummy food to keep your bellies full if the snow or ice keeps you tucked away at home this weekend.

What's inside?

• Yummy snacks and weekend meals 🍎🥪

• SURPRISE: We’ve tucked in some Hot Chocolate Mix for the ultimate snow day treat! ☕️🍫 Just add water or milk, find a fuzzy blanket, and enjoy!

💗 Hearts Full of Health! 💗

This February, LifeSpring is celebrating families with our "Hearts Full of Health" bulletin board!

Every month, we create a new interactive display where kids and families can participate. February is all about the things that make our hearts healthy and happy - movement, family meals, laughter, and most importantly, time together.

We invite all our families to stop by and add their own heart to our display! Kids can draw or write what makes their family happy and healthy. We love seeing the creativity and hearing what matters most to you.

From silly traditions to favorite foods, from helping each other to playing together - every family has something special that fills their hearts.

Today, we honor Dr. King's legacy not just with words, but with action.

LifeSpring will be OPEN on Martin Luther King Jr. Day because we believe that true service means being here when our patient families need us most. Many of you have the day off from work or school, and we want to make sure you can access the care you deserve without missing work or taking your children out of class.

Dr. King taught us that the time is always right to do what is right. For us, that means opening our doors and serving our community with dignity, compassion, and excellence.

We're here for you today and every day.
