Erlanger LIFE FORCE Air Medical completed its first-ever K-9 transport, evacuating a K-9 officer from Clay County, NC, directly to the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in Knoxville.

The LIFE FORCE K-9 Transport Program was born out of a commitment to provide law enforcement and military working dogs with the same level of life-saving care as their human handlers. LIFE FORCE is the first EMS agency in Tennessee and one of only a handful of air medical programs in the United States to provide this service.

Since 1891, Erlanger has cared compassionately for the people of this region. Last night, this community cared right back. 💙

At Erlanger's tenth annual Believe Bash, presented by First Horizon, more than 1,000 attendees came together at the Chattanooga Convention Center and raised $2,328,800 in a single evening. A record for this event. A record for our city. And a testament to what's possible when a community believes in something bigger than itself.

Every dollar raised will go toward two projects that will change the healing experience for families across our region:

🏥 Children's Emergency Department Update: a faster, more comforting environment for kids and families in their most stressful moments, at the region's only children's hospital.

🏛️ Honor Hall at Erlanger Baroness: a lasting celebration of the donors and community members whose generosity makes extraordinary care possible.
