🔍 The Role
As a Technical Sales Representative (TSR) – Feed, you’ll be the go-to expert helping on-farm and mid-size commercial feed mills solve real-world problems with innovative, proven equipment solutions. You won’t just sell — you’ll advise, support, and build powerful long-term relationships with clients who trust your insight and depend on your technical expertise.
You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely in the Midwest and the autonomy to run your territory like it’s your own business, backed by a powerhouse brand and a killer team.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
Owning and growing your sales territory with the most respected equipment in the industry.
Building and nurturing relationships with feed mills, dealers, and strategic partners.
Using your tech-savvy mind to help customers find the right solutions for their operations.
Partnering with internal engineering and commercial teams to deliver total value.
Driving sales, hitting goals, and earning big while truly helping your clients succeed.
Traveling to customer sites, trade shows, and events to make meaningful connections.
Representing a brand that’s making waves across North America — and globally.
🧠 What You Bring to the Table
5–10+ years of experience in feed mill operations, maintenance, or technical sales (or similar).
A solid understanding of feed processing systems and what makes them work.
A go-getter mindset with a track record of hitting goals and winning trust.
Strong communication skills (written + verbal), and the ability to simplify technical stuff.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and great at managing your own time and priorities.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
Bonus Points if You Have:
A diploma or degree in agriculture, engineering, or a related field.
Millwright/trades certification.
Familiarity with 2D/3D software and Salesforce CRM.
