We all know it can be difficulty to tame the monkey mind. But here's a little trick to help you make the most of your next float session.
🌊 Imagine waves are gently flowing over you from head to toe.
🌊 Imagine that each wave takes with it some tension that you're holding, starting with your forehead and face, and focusing on each body part as the waves move on.
🌊 If you're still needing a little stillness after you get to your toes 🦶, allow the next few waves to take your thoughts, worries, fears, or to do lists. You can pick them up on your way out.
