About 9% of people in the U.S. will experience an eating disorder in their lifetime.

That means this is far more common than most people realize. It affects all ages, genders, and backgrounds and many people struggle quietly for years before reaching out.

You are not the exception.
And you are not alone.

In eating disorder treatment, trust matters.
So does data.

Across our ED Residential through PHP levels of care, we are seeing consistent reductions in symptom severity, anxiety, depression, and stress from admission to discharge.

Behind every data point is a person.
Behind every person is a family hoping for stability.

We are proud of the clinical work happening here every day.

Small. Focused. Measured. Intentional.

Today, capacity is easy to advertise.

Outcomes are harder.

Here’s what our recent SUD residential data shows:

Clients leave with:
Lower substance use severity
Reduced anxiety and depression scores
Stronger recovery factors
Clinically significant improvement across multiple measures

Not marketing copy.
Measured change.

We don’t compete on size.
We compete on results.

That’s the advantage of a small, highly engaged team.

Recovery is not abstract.
It is measurable.

Our recent Eating Disorder RTC through PHP outcomes show meaningful improvement in:

Eating disorder symptom severity (EDE-Q)
Anxiety
Depression
Stress

We are a small program by design.
Individualized care. Close clinical oversight. Real coordination with outpatient providers.

When progress can be tracked, it can also be strengthened.
That is the kind of care we are committed to providing!

Food was never meant to be a rulebook.

In recovery, we talk a lot about the idea that all foods fit. That doesn’t mean ignoring health it means removing shame. When food stops being labeled as “good” or “bad,” people can finally focus on healing what’s underneath the eating disorder.

Food is neutral. And freedom around food is possible.

Eating disorders and addiction don’t look the same in everyone but they are serious.

They affect people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. Left untreated, they can take a real toll on both physical and mental health.

The good news?
Recovery is possible, especially with the right support system in place.

If you or someone you love is struggling, reaching out sooner can make all the difference.

Grateful for the chance to speak at Bryan College on eating disorders Courtney Stoddard alongside Kenley Berry.

Big thanks to Nathan Harris, Director of Counseling Services, for inviting Courtney and for creating space for meaningful conversation with students, faculty, and staff.

These conversations matter and we’re always honored to support education, awareness, and early intervention in our community.

When families hesitate about treatment, it’s rarely because they haven’t thought things through. Most have been making careful decisions for a long time—often under pressure, uncertainty, and fatigue.

What changes outcomes isn’t a single choice, but having a structure that replaces constant reaction with clarity and direction. That shift matters, especially when health, stability, and relationships are already carrying strain.

If you’re exploring next steps and want help understanding what options may be available through your insurance, our team can walk through that with you.

Everyone thinks about food.
But when food thoughts start to control your day, your emotions, or your choices it may be time to ask for support.

Signs can include:
Skipping meals
Feeling anxious eating around others
Labeling foods as “good” or “bad”
Binging, restricting, or cycling between both

These patterns don’t mean failure. They’re signals and they deserve care.

Help can change everything.
