Dusty took “shaking hands and kissing babies” to a whole new level at the Psych Symposium in Knoxville today literally. 😂

It was an excellent event with great conversations, new connections, and a chance to share how Focus supports adults struggling with substance use and eating disorders. We always love spending time with providers who care deeply about their communities.

Looking forward to 2026!💚

It’s been a great day for our team at the Psych Symposium in Knoxville. Preston has been soaking up insights from the presentations, while Dusty and Alex have been connecting with old friends and building new relationships.

Events like this remind us how important it is to stay involved, stay informed, and stay connected with the providers who trust us with their patients.

If you’re here today, come say hi. We’d love to meet you.

If you’re trying to figure out whether it’s time to get help, here are a few signs families often feel but don’t say out loud:
    1.    You can feel the shift. More hiding. More excuses. Som**hing is different.
    2.    Their emotions are all over the place and you’re walking on eggshells.
    3.    You’re losing sleep because you’re scared of what tomorrow looks like.

If any of this hits home, you don’t have to wait.
Help is here. Call 423 308 2560.

For the first time in five years, overdose deaths are starting to decline but a new crisis is quietly growing.

Stimulant deaths from m**h and co***ne are climbing, especially in men ages 30-49. Behind every number is someone who’s scared, stuck, or trying to hold it together.

If that’s you or someone you love, you’re not alone. You don’t have to wait for things to get worse.

Hope starts with one conversation.
💚 A different path is still possible.

Every year at Focus, we keep a simple holiday tradition that means a lot to us our staff and patients write down som**hing they’re grateful for on paper leaves, and we hang them throughout the building.

It reminds all of us that even in hard seasons, there’s still hope, still progress, still moments worth holding onto.

If you’re in a tough place right now, this is your reminder: there is som**hing ahead of you that’s worth being grateful for. And you don’t have to reach it alone.

Taylor and Dusty are out here getting after it.
They’re meeting people where they are, answering questions, and making sure the public and provider’s know real help is available when someone is ready.

This is how awareness grows.
Show up. Connect. Make a difference.

Proud of the work this team is doing across Chattanooga!

You think you’re saving som**hing by staying in control.
But the truth is it’s costing you everything.

Your peace. Your energy. Your joy.
The moments you’re too exhausted or afraid to show up for.

Recovery isn’t free, but staying sick costs your whole life.
You deserve better than survival. You deserve freedom.💚

What if you could smash fear or self doubt and leave it behind?
Our team and patients did exactly that. Everyone wrote what they wanted to let go of on their pumpkins… fear, the need for alcohol, self doubt… and then we went outside and smashed them together.
Community makes the hard stuff lighter. Small steps feel possible when you don’t take them alone.
If you or someone you care about needs support, our community is here.

Men often show stress through physical symptoms first, not emotions. If you’re seeing shifts in sleep, appetite, energy, or substance use patterns, early intervention matters.
Our team can walk families and providers through benefits and placement options when things start to escalate.
