I am a Master's Level Social Worker. I graduated with my Master's in Social Work in 2005 from the University of Chicago. Across my experiences I have come to discover that sometimes in order to move forward and find our own path, we need an objective person to listen and help sort through our feelings and reactions. I assist individuals to cope with general life stressors, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. Together we will explore modalities to meet your specific needs and develop an effective client-focused plan. My areas of focus are Stress Management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strengths Based approaches. I have worked within many systems, including grief support programs, crisis intervention, and schools. As a result, I understand how to communicate with families, parents, doctors, and educators. Please contact me when you are ready to start this journey; I would be honored to walk with you.
