We are excited to officially welcome Savanna Public Schools to our School-Based Program!
Through this partnership, we will be offering FREE medical visits right at the school, making healthcare more convenient and accessible for students and families. Services will include:
• On-site sick visits
• Strep and flu testing
• Minor illness care
• Behavioral health services and support
Our goal is to remove barriers to care, support student wellness, and strengthen families by providing trusted services in a familiar environment. We are grateful for this partnership and look forward to serving the Savanna community.
