We're proud to partner with C.A.S.E. Niagara (Community Agencies Supporting Elders). C.A.S.E is a collaborative network of local agencies dedicated to providing education, resources, and networking to better support the aging community in Niagara County.

C.A.S.E. agencies meet on the first Wednesday of every month at various locations in addition to hosting community engagement events throughout the year.

The next event will be held on March 4th at the Gratwick Hose Company, Venture Forthe will be in attendance to share information and educate fellow community members about our home care services.

Together, we're strengthening connections and enhancing services for our aging neighbors! 💙

The public is invited to attend the Health & Wellness Resource Fair, a free monthly event designed to connect community members with essential health and wellness resources. The next event will be held on Thursday, February 19th from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Downtown Central Library located at 1 Lafayette Square Buffalo, NY 14203. ✨

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with local organizations and service providers offering resources related to employment, housing, mental health services, health coverage and more!

Venture Forthe Buffalo Region Outreach Coordinator, Heather, will be in attendance to educate the community on our home care services.

Heather Ponce, Buffalo Region Outreach Coordinator, has been an active participant in Buffalo's Clean Sweep initiative, demonstrating true dedication to service and compassion. Her willingness to step in, build immediate connections, and engage directly with community members reflects the heart of our mission.

Through these connections, Heather was able to share information about Venture Forthe services and personally walk individuals through putting home care in place.

We were proud to support the Pre-Kwanzaa Wellness Fair at Packard Court Community Center on December 18th! ✨

This community-focused event brought residents together for wellness resources, community information and meaningful education. It was especially great to see familiar faces support the community.
