Venture Forthe Inc. Venture Forthe is a family owned and operated Licensed Home Care Services Agency serving residents in New York State and Colorado.

Venture Forthe is a provider under the Medicaid funded NYS Department of Health HCBS/Waiver Program for Individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury and Medicaid Funded Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Program. Within this program, Venture Forthe currently offers many different services including: Service Coordination, Community Integration Counseling, Behavior Counseling,Independent Living Skills Training and Home and Community Support Services. Additionally, Venture Forthe has a Structured Day Program at their Niagara Falls location. As a New York State Licensed Home Care Services Agency, Venture Forthe contracts with other agencies to provide services that best fit the individual and also offers services on a Private Pay basis. Under this program, Venture Forthe offers five services ranging from Nursing services, Home Health Aide services, Personal Care Aide services, Homemaker services and, Housekeeper services.

Every 9 seconds, someone in the United States sustains a brain injury. These injuries can affect how a person thinks, acts, and feels, and the impact reaches beyond the individual to their families and support networks.

At Venture Forthe, we're committed to supporting individuals 18+ through our services under the TBI Waiver. These services include:

- Structured Day Program (Buffalo)
- Service Coordination

Heather from our Outreach Department recently had the pleasure of meeting with Colin at the Elderwood Independent Apartments in Cheektowaga. During the visit, they toured the beautiful apartment grounds and explored the welcoming community center known as "The Club."

They also stopped for a photo in front of the community board which highlights the vibrant and connected atmosphere residents enjoy every day! ✨

Join us for the Spring Conference & Resource Fair hosted by the Council for Older Adults in Niagara County! ❤️

This conference will be held on April 13th, 2026 from 9am-2pm at the Gratwick Hose Company in North Tonawanda. Registration is $30 which includes a continental breakfast and buffet lunch.

This event will celebrate the value of strong friendships, healthy relationships and meaningful connections at every stage of life. In addition, there will be guest speakers, vendors, health screenings, raffles, and more!
