We take our national celebration days seriously at Endeavor… especially when pie is involved!

Last week, our teams celebrated Pi Day (3.14) a little early with a pie contest on Friday the 13th, and it did not disappoint. From classic favorites to creative mini pies, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

While Pi Day is known for math enthusiasts reciting the infinite digits of Pi, we like to think it’s also the perfect excuse to step away for a bit, connect with coworkers, and have some fun.

A little friendly competition, a lot of great pie, and even more teamwork.

With this year’s travel theme, our team fully embraced the moment. From creative outfits to great food and interactive games, it was a fun and memorable way to celebrate workplaces across Western New York.

We were proud to attend alongside members of our leadership team and Board, and even more honored to serve as a sponsor and be nominated once again as one of 2026’s Best Places to Work.

Big things are taking shape at 1420 Broadway St. in Buffalo, NY!

Members of the Endeavor Health Services leadership team recently visited the construction site to see the progress firsthand and review plans for what will become our new behavioral health hub in Buffalo.

As construction continues, the building is beginning to take shape. Once complete, the facility will expand access to care and create a welcoming environment where individuals and families can connect with the services and support they need.

We appreciate the work of Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc., and Kideney Architects, whose teams are helping move this important project forward. We look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses.

Our President and CEO, Elizabeth Mauro, recently appeared on WIVB News 4’s Daytime Buffalo to discuss the important role nonprofit organizations play in strengthening communities across Western New York.

During the segment, Ms. Mauro joined Nora Suric, President of the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York, to talk about the impact of the nonprofit sector and how organizations like Endeavor help expand access to behavioral health care and support the well-being of the people we serve.

There’s real momentum around strengthening behavioral health care in New York, and Endeavor Health Services is proud to be part of the conversations moving that work forward.

This week, President and CEO Elizabeth Mauro and Director of Project and Business Development Kristin Kight were in Albany engaging with state leaders and partners on advancing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics, expanding access to care, supporting workforce sustainability, and ensuring communities have the infrastructure needed to meet growing behavioral health needs.
