Very excited for the upcoming meeting on December 5th! We are so lucky to have Dr. Jennifer Felber with us as our guest speaker. Dr. Felber is currently the director of The Summit Center’s Pediatric Feeding Program. She is coming armed with behaviorally-based strategies to make mealtimes more enjoyable for your family. Trust me when I say you don’t want to miss this one! See you in a few weeks! ❤️

Attention all peg tube parents— Any tips/tricks for getting clamps to work properly? The issue at hand is formula leakage at the clamp site. Any advice would be appreciated, and I will pass it on to the mama in need!

Happy Friday, everyone! We are so excited to welcome guest speaker Mary Fran Bayer to our group meeting this coming Wednesday (2/28)! Many children with feeding difficulties also experience anxiety relating to meal time, medical appointments, etc. If this sounds familiar to you, you do not want to miss this meeting! See Mary’s bio below—

Mary Frances has nineteen years of experience partnering with families throughout Western New York, in home and community based settings. Trained in play therapy, Mary Frances has collaboratively worked with children, families and educators in the areas of behavior management, grief, disabilities, anxiety disorders, attachment, abuse and neglect, and self-regulation. Other community work includes training early childhood educators on a variety of behavioral interventions and childhood behavioral disorder; for example, the importance of early attachment, managing challenging behaviors, and understanding sensitivity in young children. Mary Frances serves as the Mental Health Consultant for the Seneca Nation of Indians Early Childhood Learning Center. Mary Fran is a graduate of The UB School of Management Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
