Performance Sports Physical Therapy was founded in 1995 and has been a preferred provider of physical therapy services since that time. The company is now located at 1317 Harlem Road at the former site of the Erie County Medical Society. Upon its opening, it became the mission of PSPT to provide the utmost quality care based on the patients’ goals and needs. As a patient of ours, we are committed

Thank you everyone for your patience over the past two days as we worked through out phone issues with Spectrum. As of this morning, all of our phone and fax lines are up and operational. Update on the phone situation: All of our phone and fax lines are still currently unavailable. We have attempted to get calls forwarded to one of our cell phones, but apparently this cannot be done at this time.

A Spectrum supervisor just arrived so we are hoping that things improve on this front rapidly this morning. In the meantime, if you need to get ahold of us you can email KristopherS@performsportspt.com. Thank you for your patience regarding this issue.

Sorry to anyone who has attempted to contact our office today. We came in this morning to our phone lines being down yet again. Spectrum has been here since 8:30 a.m. and we were expecting a quick resolution to our issues. However, this has not proven to be the case. For that reason, our lines remain down. This includes our fax line. It does not appear there will be a resolution before they send their workers home this evening.

In the meantime, we are working towards getting call forwarding set up to one of our cell phones. If you call and can't get through, please email us at KristopherS@performsportspt.com. We are hoping to have this resolved first thing in the morning. Thank you for your patience during this time and we apologize for an inconvenience this has caused.
