Compensation: 50/50 split

About Us:
Greene Health Services (GHS) is a collaborative behavioral health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care. We value autonomy, shared decision-making, and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Masters-level Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or associate) to provide therapy services 2 days per week — your choice of days. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative team environment.

What We Offer:

Flexible scheduling – choose any 2 days per week

50/50 revenue split

No required minimum caseload

Supportive, client-centered work environment

Ability to offer supervising hours

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy

Active or associate-level Washington State license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, etc.)

Strong clinical documentation and interpersonal skills

Note: This position does not include benefits.
