✨ Meet Rebecca — our Slow Flow Queen! ✨

Rebecca loves the students most — each person’s energy and intention helps shape her classes in real time. It’s what makes every flow unique.

Favorite pose: Malasana, pure magic for the hips.
Most challenging: Wide-legged seated forward fold (“send new hamstrings, please!”)

Starting December 1, we’ll be updating our pricing to help keep LUY sustainable while continuing to support our amazing teachers and community.

We’ve done our best to keep prices reasonable, and current Mini and Unlimited Monthly Memberships will stay grandfathered in at their current rates (unless canceled).

New pricing will affect purchases made on or after Dec 1st 2025.
