Our experienced and caring staff continues to provide the “Home Town Friendly” atmosphere that makes one feel welcome and a part of the Chehalis West family. Chehalis West provides assisted living in a safe, secure, friendly, and caring environment. We offer on-site, licensed, nursing staff available 24 hours a day, private, individual apartments, housekeeping and laundry services, three nutritional meals daily, and an on-site beauty salon/barber shop, in addition to many other amenities.
