Meet Tilly! 🤍

Tilly came into my life about 2.5 months ago after I saw her photo on Petfinder. I had been searching for a dog to adopt for a few months, and although I’d submitted several applications, nothing had worked out yet. I wasn’t just looking for a dog—I was waiting for the right one.

Then I found Tilly

Her profile said she was great with other animals, and that she loved kids, and something about her just felt… right. Tilly came from Texas where she had been living on the streets with her siblings. She arrived in late February via a canine transport company.

Since bringing her home, she’s been exactly that and more. Sweet, smart, and quickly adjusting to her new life. Watching her open up has been so special. She loves coming to the office with me and seeing all of you!

Tilly is usually in the office with me during appointments ✨

GET UP AND GLOW TO CELEBRATE WITH RIBBON CUTTING, GALENTINE’S NIGHT: Get Up and Glow, a beauty studio owned by mother-daughter duo Stefany Henderson and Trinity Underhill, will celebrate its growing business with a Galentine’s Night and ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce.

The public is invited to attend Friday, Feb. 6, beginning at 5 p.m. The ribbon cutting takes place at 5:30 p.m., followed by an open house until 7 p.m. in the Vintage Clubhouse right next to the studio. Guests can enjoy drinks, treats, prizes and Valentine-themed goodies. Get Up and Glow is located at 539 N. Market Blvd., on the upper floor.

Get Up and Glow first opened in downtown Chehalis in March 2023, shortly after Henderson completed her esthetician license. At the time, Henderson was working full time as a dental office manager, operating the studio part time while building her clientele. As interest grew, Underhill pursued her own training and completed her master esthetician certification in June 2025.

The pair officially joined forces, expanded the studio by adding a treatment room and transitioned to full-time operations.

“We felt it was the right timing to finally celebrate our opening” Henderson said.

Henderson spent 27 years working in the dental field before deciding to change career paths and open her own practice. Underhill developed an early interest in skincare after struggling with acne herself, which led her to research treatment options and specialize in acne care. One of her signature offerings is an acne boot camp consultation, providing clients with an in-depth, personalized program using a holistic approach.

As a master esthetician, Underhill offers advanced services including microneedling, advanced anti-aging treatments and acne treatment. Additional services at Get Up and Glow include custom facials, dermaplaning, nanoinfusions, LED light therapy, peptide masks, oxygen deep pore masks and a signature “facial of the month.” Henderson also offers lash lifts and brow services as well as facial waxing.

“We want everyone to leave feeling like the best version of themselves, and of course, glowing!” Henderson said.

The studio also offers “Glow Parties,” which include 15-minute mini facials, drinks, desserts and a mini skincare bundle for each guest.

“We even hosted a group of 11-year-olds for a birthday celebration,” Henderson said.

Underhill added that Glow Parties are also popular for bridal showers, girls’ nights and couples looking to enjoy a shared pampering experience.

I may ask to move your arms if I’m working on something specific, or if a stretch is called for.
