If you’re moving through menopause and feeling like your body is asking for deeper support.... you’re not broken, and you’re not alone.

This spring, we’re offering another small, in-person 8-week group experience for women navigating peri-, mid-, or post-menopause. It’s designed as part of a holistic Plan of Care, combining education, ritual, and grounded support in a nurturing environment.

This is not about “pushing through” symptoms.
It’s about listening, understanding, and reconnecting with your body’s wisdom.

~ Meets every other week in person
~ Includes virtual support between sessions
~ Limited to just 5 women

If this feels like something your nervous system is quietly saying yes to, let us know. We’ll reach out personally to share next steps.

Thanks so much to the hard-working team that joined our first work party at the Winlock Community Garden yesterday! We got a lot done but there is more to do, so stay tuned for the next chance to help.

By the way, our 3rd Annual Yes We CAN! Preservation Dinner used all compostable serving items 🍽️ which we are using to help fill the tall raised beds in the garden. In fact, our event of around 100 people only produced about half a bag of trash!
