Did you know the Lewis County Food Bank Coalition is entirely volunteer run? They collect food donations and make purchases to distribute to the nine member food banks throughout the county. The Coalition is currently looking for more volunteers, including in the warehouse, office, and for deliveries. They also need a few new board members. If you are passionate about food access and want to make a difference locally, please consider joining this worthy cause! 💖

As Valentine’s Day draws near, join Beth Sweeney, flower essence practitioner, for an exploration of self-love, self-acceptance, and self-compassion through the supportive role of flower essences.

This class will delve into how flower essences can help soften self-criticism, heal emotional patterns, and encourage a kinder relationship with yourself. You’ll learn about specific essences for the heart and leave with practical ways (and a custom formula!) to incorporate them into everyday life.

Whether you’re new to flower essences or deepening an existing practice, this class is sure to leave you feeling lovely.
