This year Nature Nurture Farmacy is helping revitalize the small garden at the Timber River Connections senior center in Winlock! We just filled the raised beds with some beautiful soil donated byKellogg Garden. Farmer Burke from Olequa Farm and others are growing plant starts for us.

But here is a request: we would love two large, lightweight pots/planters to fill with flowers.💐🌷 Would anyone be willing to donate new or lightly used pots (or the funds to purchase them) to brighten up this garden?

What a wonderful opportunity to learn and help others, all while bringing home healthy food!

We're looking forward to working alongside our neighbors in the Veg Patch this summer! Join the Seedpod Farm's Servant Share CSA and you'll learn to grow food for yourself, your family and your neighbors. The best part of it all is that we learn in community! This cohort experience may just be the opprtunity you need. Fantastic veg, learning new skills, getting your fingers dirty working alongside others, meeting friends of all ages, sharing the abundance with neighbors in need through our weekly donations.... We had a fruitful work party in the Winlock Community Garden yesterday! We filled multiple raised beds, mulched around the front gate area that’s full of irises, planted raspberries, and started prepping the row crop area for a future pumpkin and sunflower patch🎃🌻

Thank you so much to our hard workers, including our young “worm wrangler” 🪱
And a huge thanks to Kellogg Garden for donating the soil!
