🌞 Get sunlight when you can! Even a few minutes outdoors can help boost your mood.
🏃‍♀️ Exercise regularly. A walk, yoga, or light stretching can increase energy and reduce stress.
🧘‍♂️ Try mindfulness or meditation. A few deep breaths can help clear your mind.
💊 Talk to your pharmacist!! We can help with recommendations and talk to you about possible treatments, including light therapy or vitamins.
💡 Stay connected. Reaching out to loved ones can lift your spirits during the darker months. It’s okay to not feel okay sometimes. We’re here for you!

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Maleah 🌟
Hey everyone! 👋 Meet Maleah, one of our superstar pharmacy assistants. Maleah just celebrated being part of our pharmacy team for one year. 🎉 Before joining pharmacy, she worked in coffee, where she built strong customer service skills and a fast-paced work ethic that she brings with her every day. ☕️ 🏃‍♀️ 😃

Maleah’s favorite part of pharmacy is centered around helping people, which she finds incredibly rewarding. She also loves her team, who appreciates her very much for the care and effort she puts into everything she does. 💪💙💚

Outside of work, Maleah loves spending time with family, friends, and her fur babies. Her go-to comfort food is pasta with garlic bread 🍞 🍝 . On her days off, you’ll find Maleah exploring new places, especially new food spots or outdoor adventures 🌲.
