• This class is great for LMT’s, current massage school attendees and yoga teachers •

Each day, we notice the clear, external issues within ourselves and our clients, and even detect the less obvious ones while engaging with them. However, there may be even more that we can start to identify.
With a deeper understanding we can begin to observe the bodies natural ‘alarm system’, that first offers subtle whisperings through our energetic body before the physical manifestation of dis-ease appears.

This session will explore the fundamentals of Chakras and how to develop intuition for yourself and your clients. By stepping into the energetic domain, we start to observe and identify subtle changes, learning how to support ourselves and our clients more profoundly in their healing processes.

We will cover basics within the Chakras - with a holistic approach, some topics we will cover - essential oils, sound, stones, meditation/guided visualizations, gentle activities and light, intentional touch.

My approach to each massage is focused on meeting the client and their needs for this day. I intuitively utilize massage techniques gathered from relaxation, thai, energy work and therapeutic styles into each of my massages to not only assist the muscles in releasing, but also bringing you to a space of relaxation and healing by tapping into your parasympathetic nervous system.

Every massage has a delightful dash of sound healing, enveloping you in deep healing resonance and relaxation.

💫 Magical Space Coming Available 💫
As I shift out of there will be an INCREDIBLE opportunity for someone.
This space has been a beautiful grounding place after I closed Deep Water Salon & Spa in Chelan. It has been home for growth and deep kinship with a beautifully diverse community.
When took over the helm in January of 2024, she continued my vision for a community based experience and has a path to continue growing and cultivating a special space for healing and personal growth.
There is always space for even more classes - yoga, fitness, art, what ever you mind and heart can dream up - AND NOW there is a rare opportunity for a space in one of the treatment rooms as myself and one other shift out of Manson.
This location is INCREDIBLE for already having a full clientele or building from the ground up.
Being at the entrance to Wapato Point and next to 3 other hotels, the amount of foot traffic alone is exponential.

🐛Metamorphosis Loading🦋

Nothing like a blank canvas to get the creative juices flowing!

With this inspirational time of transition and change that the season brings forth, I know I have spoken with a few of you about the possibility of moving Holistic Alchemy (my personal business of massage, hairstyling & yogic lifestyle) into Chelan to ‘The Hub’ (the old hospital).

This is coming to fruition!

While there is still work to be done and details to be ironed out, I like to give a delightful teaser to my dear clients and friends. The transition to the new space will likely come in January, however, there is a possibility for sooner, this will be clearly translated as the time nears.

As much as it saddens me to leave Alchemy Yoga + Massage and each of the other businesses that reside in that space, this transition allows for less time on the road and more time for family and clients alike!

The transition into this space will bring more flexibility in days (including weekend options!) and offerings - allowing for hair and massage appointments to not be restricted to specific days, and a lot more private yoga session availability throughout the week as well!

Knowing full well, that was wordy, there will be more exciting information to come as more details become clear.

🍁 Autumn Equinox 🍁

It’s that sacred time of balance between light and dark that comes twice a year.

A space of pause, of possibly, momentarily, finding an equilibrium in our lives, even for the briefest of moments.

At Autumn Equinox, there is equal day and night, and from here, the wheel of the world turns to a slowing down, a rest if you will, as the bountiful harvests are finishing and the soil is turned once more and we begin the preparation of sinking into winter’s hibernation embrace.

Although the Lower Sugarloaf Fire put a pause on our fully booked Autumn Equinox celebration and sound healing this past weekend. I’ve sat with and now put forth an invitation for your own mindful practices, if you feel called for simplicity and gentle practices for at home, or maybe even a deeper calling, look below for inspiration …

Allow the equinox to be the guide, inviting you into balance, to remember that pain, shadow and hardship are not punishments, but rather teachers.

To remember that the darkness is what gives rise for the light to shine ever brighter. This is what assists us in learning to live in harmony and purpose.

To not only hope for balance, but to live and practice from the heart through gratitude, devotion, discipline and most importantly, love.
