Sometimes I need to use two different implant sizes during a breast augmentation to gain the best symmetry, because most women naturally have some degree of asymmetry.

This patient wanted a fuller, more even look, so we used 420cc saline implants on the right and 390cc on the left to create a natural balance that fits her body beautifully. 😊
