SOUND ON!! HEALING BEGINS WITHIN!!

A huge thank you to OSSIO for sharing episode 2 of their Biorevolutionary Series with a day in the life of the Fro.

There is a tremendous amount of both physical and mental stress involved in caring for patients. I have always said as Doctors we need to heal ourselves so we can heal others.

My routine involves pregaming all of the days cases while sweating it on my Peloton Interactive bike every morning. Loading up on appropriate nutritional supplements including the essential amino acids, creatine, vitamin D and of course eating healthy.
