✨ What’s one thing you could start doing for yourself today? ✨

Last night’s Your Energy Bank Account workshop was all about helping caregivers find small, realistic ways to refill their own cup.

Because self-care doesn’t have to mean spa days or long weekends away — it can be something you can actually fit into your life.

We laughed, shared, and got real about what drains us and what restores us — and everyone left with ideas they can start using today.

Because when caregivers are supported, families thrive.

👻 “It’s a haunted house but it’s just…” the real horrors of caregiving life 😅

💀 On hold with insurance… disconnected.
🏠 The new adaptive equipment that doesn’t fit through the door.
🧠 Two thousand tabs open trying to find inclusive activities.
📞 The school calling right as you sit down with coffee.
😬 And someone saying, “But he doesn’t look disabled…”

Because sometimes the scariest things aren’t in haunted houses — they’re in everyday advocacy, accessibility, and parenting. 💪
