Not sure if I just got good sleep last night, or because the chaos of a bunch of new projects has subsided, or if it's because I finally restocked my adaptogen tincture (and added ashwagandha!) but I feel...normal...today? Like...I'm not moving 110 mph and the things I have to do seem manageable? It's a nice change from 3 weeks totally off then three weeks of gogogo.
