Join us at GreenRoots! We're excited to share our search for our Director of Finance - the operational and financial heart of organization.

The Director of Finance will:
- Oversee all financial management, planning, and compliance for the organization.
- Expand the organization's $5 million budget, in collaboration with the Development Team.

Location: Hybrid (Chelsea, MA)
Compensation: $95,000-$115,000 + benefits
(including 4-day work week as a practice)

We are still conducting our rapid-response work to address food insecurity. To date, we have distributed 4,505 pounds of food to local residents over the past eight weeks!!

The produce is a combination of both purchased and Greenroots-grown produce (at our Freight Farm!).

This is part of our larger food justice work, one of our longest-standing programs, which aims to promote food sovereignty and transform urban land into lush growing spaces.

Seguimos realizando nuestro trabajo de respuesta rápida para abordar la inseguridad alimentaria. Hasta la fecha, hemos distribuido 4.505 libras de alimentos a residentes locales en las últimas ocho semanas.
