Spring Break is right around the corner… which means road trips, flights, long car rides, and maybe a little too much time lounging in not-so-great positions 😅
Before you hit the road (or the skies), here are a few simple chiropractic travel tips to keep your body feeling as good as your vacation:
🚗 Take movement breaks – If you’re driving, stop every 1–2 hours to stretch and reset your posture. Your spine will thank you.
🧳 Pack smart – Avoid overloading one side of your body. Use backpacks or rolling luggage to reduce strain.
✈️ Posture matters – Whether in a car or plane, keep your back supported and avoid slouching. A small lumbar pillow can make a big difference.
💧 Stay hydrated – Dehydration can lead to muscle tightness and fatigue.
🛏️ Sleep setup – Hotel beds aren’t always ideal. Bring your own pillow if you can, or use towels to support your neck.
