Some of our customers may have received a letter in the mail stating that our pharmacy was no longer in network. These notices were sent inadvertently, and Express Scripts is in the process of issuing retraction letters to impacted members. We are able to confirm that our pharmacy will remain in-network for the Alabama Public Education Employees' Health Insurance Plan in 2026 under our direct agreement with Express Scripts. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we have worked to resolve this matter.
