Haunted House Silhouettes, pottery, ink making, & natural dyes! Tomorrow and into November community activities at SafeArt!

1st Thursdays: October 2 | 3:00-5:00pm
$18 class fee + option to have your piece fired for $5

Monthly community open art space! All ages and levels welcome to explore and play with clay in this ceramics open-studio. Each session will begin with a 15min demo by facilitator Heidi with basic instruction for construction methods, attachments, and technical considerations. Each session will have a specific form demonstrated, however participants are encouraged toward self-guided exploration and experimentation in this low-stakes, process focused workshop!

Participants will have the option at the end to have their pieces glazed & fired - $5/piece paid directly to the instructor at the end of class. Pieces available for pickup at Safe Art approx 3-4 weeks later, or at the next monthly session.

Open Art Space! Thursdays 3-5pm at SafeArt. All ages and skills welcome! Bring a project or not. Art supplies and SafeArt staff are on hand for support. $5 donation.

1st Thursday’s Open Art Space is pottery with Heidi Louise! $18 fee.

2nd Thursday’s Open Art Space is textiles with Katie Spencer! $18 fee.
