Gym, personal training studio located within Apex Physical Therapy People now understand more than ever that it is important to move regularly. It's hard work.

It is not as well understood, however, that it is just as important to move well. We offer specialized instruction on functional movement patterns to help you accomplish both. It is of vital importance that movement quality comes before movement quantity. We provide movement screening and analysis, individualized exercise programming, high intensity group fitness classes and the coaching/instruction you need to be a better you, inside and outside of the gym. We believe everyone is an athlete, regardless of your age or ability level. Basic, fundamental human movement is exactly that, fundamental. Everyone should understand how to crawl, climb, sit, and stand. We learn these survival skills as infants, and digress as we grow old. Here you can learn to regain these skills. You will squat, jump, throw, lift, and crawl. We don't promise it to be easy. But if you commit to the process, you'll find yourself a whole lot fitter, and you'll probably have a lot of fun in the process. So what are you waiting for? It's time to expect more from your workout!
