If you have any milk to donate!

We have many families who rely on our informed milk sharing program. However, we are completely out and desperately in need of more!

If you have even a few extra oz of breastmilk to share, or a whole freezer full, please reach out. We can arrange pickup if you can’t drop it off.

These sessions are created to support families through the tender early weeks — helping you understand your baby’s needs, care for your own recovery, and build confidence in feeding and bonding. Each class blends evidence-based information with the gentle, holistic care Birthstone is known for.

✨ANNOUNCING OUR 2025 THEME ARTWORK✨

We’re proud to share the official artwork for Indigenous Milk Medicine Week 2025: “Unapologetically Indigenous: Love, Landback, and Liberation”

📅 August 8–14, 2025
🩵 Virtual Conference: August 11–14

Art by Soni López-Chávez (Chichimeca) |

Soni’s digital illustration work is rooted in her Chichimeca heritage and bicultural experience, and she uses bold, vibrant imagery to uplift marginalized communities while addressing themes like Indigenous sovereignty, immigration, mental health, self-love, and social justice. We are honored to share this piece as we move into the 7th year of Indigenous Milk Medicine Week and our 2nd annual virtual conference.

This year’s artwork reminds us: Milk Medicine is a generational force of care—an enduring knowledge system that protects families, sustains cultural memory, and shapes futures through community, autonomy, and healing.

📣 RFPs Now Open – Deadline July 1
We’re still accepting proposals for virtual conference sessions from Indigenous voices across health, culture, organizing, and community work.
