We are reframing what motherhood looks like.

It's no longer just sacrifice. Cause let's be honest we will have to give up a few things , at least for a little while.

But motherhood is an extension of who we are! We are following our wildest dreams because our children deserve to see us be our full selves.

That starts with prioritizing our postpartum recovery. Understanding that a bone closing isn't a luxury - It's a necessity for thorough healing.

Belly binding isn't about snapping back - It's about returning to ourselves safely.

Womb cupping is a literal realignment of our womb

and shamans draw out all the toxins and excess that we store in our body during pregnancy and birth giving us to the upper hand to feel like ourselves again sooner.
