Most people think perimenopause is just hot flushes and maybe some mood swings.
Plot twist: it's 34 documented symptoms affecting literally every system in your body.

Broken sleep (which we missed off our graphic but should totally be in there!). Brain fog. Joint pain. Itchy skin. Heart palpitations. Electric shock sensations (yes, really). Worsening allergies. Changes in body odour. Tingling extremities. Gum problems. Digestive chaos. And that lovely feeling of impending doom for absolutely no reason.

The hot flushes? Yeah, they're part of it. But they're honestly just the tip of the iceberg.

What's actually happening 👉 as oestrogen and progesterone start fluctuating wildly, almost every system in your body feels it.
Your brain. Your gut. Your joints. Your skin. Your sleep. Your patience.

Because hormones regulate so much more than just your period, the symptoms can seem completely random or unrelated until you step back and connect the dots.

So, if you've been feeling like you're coming unstuck but can't quite explain it?
You're not imagining it. You're not overreacting. And you're definitely not alone.

You know your body better than anyone else ever could.

This is exactly why we exist. Superlattes and functional blends for women in perimenopause created with evidence backed ingredients that actually help. In fact, 92% of our customers reported a reduction in their perimenopause symptoms.

Give it a go and thank us later 😉
