πŸŽ‰Sunday Celebration πŸŽ‰
This week we celebrate Becky!

Becky has been a Kokonut for 10 months; which, by Koko standards, means she's still a "newbie." So far, she has Increased her strength by an amazing 62% 🀯

How did she do It? She stayed consistent. She scheduled time in her life to get 3 strength workouts and a few cardio in per week. And when her "life" schedule started to interfere with her gym schedule, she adapted. She could have given up, but instead she prioritized her fitness and health, and changed her workout schedule. Oh, and she's done it all with a smile on her face πŸ˜€

Now that she's got her strength and cardio schedule down pat, she's adding mobility classes (check out her balance in the pic 😲) and nutrition. She's even working on her nutrition plan during a kitchen renovation - no small task!

So here's to Becky - we are proud of your hard work and perseverance - leading to improved strength, balance, and overall health. Keep working for It, Becky - you're worth It!

1️⃣ There will never be a "perfect" time to start a nutrition πŸ₯— and exercise πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ plan. There will always be another celebration πŸ₯³,holiday 🎊, vacation 🏝️ , or whatever other excuse you use to wait...START NOW!

2️⃣ Exercise AND proper nutrition are REQUIRED if you want to build muscle πŸ’ͺ🏻 and burn fat. You don't get to choose one or the other. You need both

3️⃣ You can't do It alone πŸ§β€β™€οΈ . Surround yourself with 🧍 πŸ§β€β™€οΈ πŸ§β€β™‚οΈ who support your goals. Tell everyone your plan. Find a gym community to push you and hold you accountable
