Body Joints Therapeutic Massage

Body Joints Therapeutic Massage Body Joints Therapeutic Massage is a single member massage company based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. We are located in The Glam Bar.

In efforts to ensure you get your full time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will cut into your service time and arriving 15 minutes late will result in a "No Show." There is a parking lot located in the rear of the building adjacent to the NJ Riverline station or you may find street parking. For easier access to the parking lot you can use the following address 12 W Broad st, Burlington, NJ 08016. You will be looking for signage of "The Glam Bar" in the window and it is the door with the single steps. If you arrive at the building with a keypad or enter into a lobby you are in the wrong building, go one door over. Due to the fact that we operate along side other service providers and are located in a retail store the waiting area can be full or congested. We would ask you to wait in your car until it is closer to your appointment time. When using the app (Highly Recommended) we have a check in feature to allow you to notify us that you have arrived. FOR ALL MOBILE APPOINTMENTS
"New clients", arrange for your therapist to arrive 20 - 30 minutes early for setup. "Existing clients", arrange for your therapist to arrive 10 - 15 minutes early for setup.

Healing is not a moment…

It’s a process, and often a layered one. Even when you feel “better,” there are still deeper levels of repair happening beneath the surface, just like in bodywork.

The body and mind don’t respond well to shortcuts; quick fixes may mask discomfort temporarily, but they rarely create lasting change.

True healing requires patience, consistency, and respect for your body’s timing. Forcing progress only creates more tension, more resistance, and often more pain.

Just as muscles need time to release and retrain, healing asks you to slow down, listen, and trust the process.

Working with the body instead of against it means respecting how the nervous system responds to touch, stress, and pressure.

Many people believe deep pressure is the key to results, but the body must first feel safe before it can truly release. When the nervous system is overstimulated, the muscles guard and resist even if the pressure feels strong.

Intentional bodywork begins by calming the nervous system, allowing the body to shift out of fight or flight and into a state of rest and repair. Once relaxation is established, deeper pressure can be introduced effectively and without force.

This approach creates longer lasting results, less soreness, and true relief because the work is guided by the body’s readiness, partnering with the body to let tension go.

Social media made massage look easy.
Anatomy proves it isn’t.

What I offer is intentional bodywork rooted in real anatomical knowledge, movement patterns, and clinical technique, because results require more than vibes.

This is massage for people who want their body to actually work better.

The inner thigh is a naturally sensitive area for many clients, both physically and neurologically, because this region contains major nerves, lymph nodes, and soft tissue.

Some people may experience discomfort from too much pressure, while others may notice an involuntary arousal response.

Both reactions are normal and not a reflection of intent. This is why open, honest communication is essential throughout your session.

If anything feels uncomfortable, too intense, or simply “different,” speaking up allows your therapist to adjust pressure, technique, or positioning to ensure your experience remains safe, respectful, and therapeutic.

Comment below if when you go from a sitting position to a standing position, you feel some discomfort.

Tight adductors can lead to hip discomfort, low-back tension, limited mobility, and even affect the way you walk, stand, or train. In this session, I’m using soft therapeutic touch paired with gentle stretching to help release tight muscles, increase circulation, and support overall movement.

This technique is slow, intentional, and deeply relaxing — not only easing physical tension but helping the body feel safe enough to truly let go.

If your hips feel tight…
If your thighs feel heavy or overworked…
If you’re struggling with mobility…

This type of focused bodywork is exactly what your body may be asking for.

How does your body feel? Comment Below.

Just because you like firm pressure doesn’t mean your entire body needs it, especially areas like your neck.

Your neck holds smaller, more delicate muscles that respond better to precision and technique, not deep force. While firmer pressure might feel satisfying on the back or legs, using the same intensity on the neck can actually cause tension or inflammation instead of releasing it.

A skilled therapist knows when to adjust pressure, working deeper where the body can handle it and lighter where it needs gentle care. This balance is what creates true relief and lasting results.

✨ Remember: It’s not about how hard we go, it’s about how your body responds.
