We're looking for a full-time, personable and reliable General Maintenance Employee to Add to Existing Team for maintaining senior mobile home park and other rental properties. Pay based on level of experience and skill set.

-Applicant must speak English.
-Ability and access to drive a car; must have valid drivers license and current automobile insurance to transport tools and supplies throughout property when necessary.
-Assist maintenance supervisor and other maintenance team members with overseeing and participating turnkey operations and ensure that vacant units are made rent-ready in a timely manner.
-Perform general grounds cleanup.
-Other duties may include one or more of the following areas: mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or HVAC.
-Ability to utilize general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to: hand tools, ladders, vacuum pumps, landscaping, blowers, pressure washers and required safety equipment.
-Must have ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work and inspect work sites; lift, move, and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment.
