Sprouts come in many types but we recommend Raw Organic H**p-hearts as your main sprout. 3tbs a day added to meals or snacks. Example would be add H**p Hearts to cereal, oatmeal, applesauce, salads, pasta the options are endless. Iceberg lettuce is like mashed potatoes they really don't count for much....add greens, veggies and some sprouts.
