We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales, providing expert guidance to clients, and ensuring an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
Sales Process: Generate sales leads through the community, social media, etc. Manage the entire sales process and following up on leads to drive sales and achieve targets. Provide after-sales support by coordinating product deliveries, addressing any concerns, and assisting with product setup and usage guidance.
Client Consultation: Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner to understand their specific needs, preferences, and challenges related to their individual disability and adaptive equipment needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service and follow-up communication.
Customization: Collaborate with clients to identify potential customization or modifications required for certain equipment to better suit their unique needs.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the range of equipment we offer.
Recommendations: Based on client requirements, provide informed recommendations on suitable equipment options, taking into consideration factors like budget, functionality, and accessibility.
Technical Support: Provide guidance on equipment setup, usage, and maintenance, ensuring clients are confident and comfortable with their purchases.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales data, and equipment information.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· Previous sales experience.
· Knowledge of adaptive equipment, or a strong willingness to learn.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in using computer systems and software for sales and client management.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and convey information clearly.
