Community Thrives LLC is in search of a licensed barber that wouldn't mind donating some of their time back to our community. A lot of our friends dont have a lot of financial resources to receive things just to make them feel good. Because of course we know in the beauty world, when you look good you feel good! We understand nobody's work is free so we are looking for barbers that that are willing to provide low cost haircuts to our individuals we serve. (there is definetly a need, and we can also link you to other organizations that could benefit from this as well) Possibly on a monthly basis if we have enough participants. We do have a location in our office space called the "divine and dapper" room dedicated to cosmetology services for our folks. Referrals will be appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Great news! Community Thrives LLC is proud to announce that we are licensed for our newly added residential service Supportive Living! We are happy to be able to provide residential supports to our friends in the community that include skill-building, routine and general supports, and safety supports that enable an individual to acquire, retain, or improve the self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in home and community-based settings. Our happy home is located in the heart of Virginia Beach, we are able to service anyone with a ID/DD diagnoses with a DD waiver anywhere in Virginia!
