April is recognized as Alcohol Awareness Month, a national public health campaign designed to foster understanding of alcohol use disorder (AUD) and reduce stigma. Since its inception in 1987, this initiative has focused on educating communities about the risks associated with alcohol misuse, encouraging individuals to seek treatment, and highlighting prevention strategies, especially among youth and young adults. ✨ Clothing Drive for Foster Children ✨
At Hometown Recovery and Counseling, we believe in showing up for our community-especially for children who need a little extra support. 💙

We’re hosting a clothing drive for foster children and are collecting new or gently used clothing to help meet everyday needs.

🧥 Items needed:
• Shirts, pants, and pajamas
• Coats & hoodies
• Shoes
• Socks & underwear (new)

📍 Drop-off location:
401 Center Street, Suite B
Ironton, Ohio 45638
Between 8am-4pm
