This Strawberry Glaze Smoothie is my copycat version of the popular Erewhon smoothie (you know, the LA-based organic grocery and café known for its celebrity-collaborated blends… and its very luxury price tags 🤑).

Today I’m sharing my homemade version, made for a fraction of the price — no $20 smoothie run needed!

It’s super creamy and dreamy, packed with about 25 grams of plant-based protein, and tastes like a healthy but indulgent strawberry milkshake. 🍓

Finished with a swirl of rich coconut cream and sweet strawberry glaze, it’s almost too pretty to drink… almost. 😉
