We are excited to announce that now has myopia management lenses for glasses. This is a groundbreaking medical treatment lens that limits the progression of myopia getting worse each year. This week our clinic was short four team members each day. 😢 Yes! You read that right. And our team is only 8 members.
We have THE BEST off-site billing team. They sent us a “you got this!” Gift that was delicious and just the rush of sugar we needed to keep moving along.
To say the schedule, post Dr. Teten maternity leave, was a bit busy was an understatement. But our team rallied together with smiles, teamwork, and the stellar customer experience we are committed to provide. We apologize for the many missed calls and text messages. We will continue to return them and reach out to assist you. We appreciate your patience and support.
