Compensation:
- Hourly pay for front desk/admin time ($16 per hour)
- Per-session pay for massage services (30% of services performed for first 60 days)

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
- Virginia Massage Therapy License (or actively in process)
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and client care skills
