God continues to bless Guided Care Services LLC to expanded services. The office has relocate to Chesapeake, VA.The agency is licensed by the DBHDS to serve adults diagnosed with ID/DD and approved with through Medicaid to accept people approved with community living, family individual and building independent wavier. I am so excited, grateful and humble because we added another service Community Engagement and an Adult Day Support Center.
