🌿 Tips for Getting Through a Panic Attack 🌿

Panic attacks can feel overwhelming and frightening, especially when they come on suddenly. If you’re experiencing one, remember: you are not in danger, and this feeling will pass. 💛

✨ Helpful grounding tips:
• Slow your breathing — inhale through your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth
• Name 5 things you can see, 4 you can feel, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, 1 you can taste
• Place your feet firmly on the ground and focus on the present moment
• Remind yourself: “This is uncomfortable, but I am safe.”
