As we approach the new year, so many of us can't help but reflect on 2025. Instead of beating ourselves up for what we could have done better in 2025, let's ask ourselves why we may have fallen short- was lack of emotional resilience, stress, poor mental clarity and/or overall burnout the reason we feel we couldn't show up the way we know we could have? If the answer is yes, firstly- give yourself GRACE. The struggle is REAL. Then, instead of downloading productivity apps, committing to be more organized with a fancy planner, or trying to make it up to those who may have gotten the short end of the stick; let's try considering our self-care needs and how to meet those needs in a sustainable and achievable way.
