This September, in honor of National Su***de Prevention and Awareness Month, we’re hosting a special event focused on boys’ and men’s wellness. We know that men’s mental health matters, and it’s time to break the stigma, build each other up, and create a space where strength includes vulnerability.

We’re looking for men from all walks of life who are willing to share their talents, stories, or skills—whether you’re an artist, musician, coach, teacher, or just someone with a passion for supporting others. Come be part of a movement that uplifts and celebrates men and boys, and helps bring hope to our community.

I’m still riding the positive energy from all the amazing moments we shared—thank you to everyone who showed up, participated, and poured so much good into the day. Our community is truly something special.

A HUGE thank you to our wonderful vendors and partners who made this event possible. Your generosity, talent, and dedication brought so much value to every attendee—and your support helps us keep our mission moving forward. From yoga and mindfulness to delicious healthy treats, creative workshops, and wellness resources, you all went above and beyond.

To every participant: thank you for showing up for yourselves and each other. Your openness and enthusiasm are what make events like this not just possible, but meaningful.
