A graduate of NYU with over 19 years of experience helping people achieve their goals in therapy, I use a cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approach. In sessions we explore core issues causing current symptoms. As we develop awareness of these behaviors, we are then able to focus on change through unique and individualized treatment techniques.
